SALES PROCESS

We have released 150 apartments in this initial phase open to bitcoin transactions. These apartments are offered with 15 – 20% discount on the full launch price.  We will have further releases for the cryptocommunity once this initial phase is sold out but prices will be higher the closer to the launch date. The bitcoin price is pegged to the US Dollar and will fluctuate up to the point of the invoice being generated in checkout.

Purchasers can choose from 2 payment plans: 50/50 or 100%. Those paying 100% will enjoy a further 5% discount on the price of their chosen apartment.

There is a Land Registry fees of 4% of the purchase price and an administration fee of $365. Both of these fees will be added to your shopping cart on checkout, and will be taken with your purchase payment i.e.1 transaction.

Forward services for interior design packages and letting to tenants post completion will also be available in bitcoin. Information relating to these forward services will be available in 2018.
