for Free Prize Draw

The opportunity to win an apartment at the Aston Plaza & Residences is available to purchasers from the Crypto currency community who have acquired their property using bitcoin.

The apartment that is the prize in this draw is a one bedroom apartment located on Level 1 in Residence One. The apartment comprises 1029 Sq. Ft. of liveable space and will have access to all communal amenities, complete with a fitted bathroom and kitchen. No furnishings are included.

Terms and conditions for this Prize Draw apply and are as follows:

1. Entry is only available for individuals who have purchased a minimum of one apartment using bitcoin.
2. One entry for each apartment purchased will be placed in the draw. Therefore, if you purchase multiple apartments then you will have multiple entries into the prize draw.
3. Entries are accepted for all purchases through this website completed before Monday 16th October.
4. A purchase means that the payment has been made online through this website and confirmed by BitPay.
5. This draw will only be deemed effective once 50 apartments have been sold via this website.
6. There is no cash alternative and no alternative apartment that will be substituted to that outlined in point 9 below.
7. If the draw is cancelled, due to sales below 50 apartments, no compensation will be given.
8. The pictures featured in this prize draw have been used for illustrative purposes only.
9. The apartment which is the prize of this draw is Unit 111 on Level 1 of Residence One. A unit and floor plan of this one bedroom apartment is available here
10. The draw will take place on Monday 23rd October 2017 and the winner will be notified by 31st October 2017.
11. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name can be used for promotional purposes in summarised format i.e. Mr Smith from the UK.
12. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by Aston Property Ventures Limited to contact the winner, then Aston Property Ventures Limited will be entitled to reassign the apartment at its discretion without any liability to the winner for having done so. A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the winner to claim their new apartment.
13. The winner will be liable for the land registry fees, administration fees and service charges on the new apartment.
